In the event of any inconsistency between this Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Service Agreement executed between Nexus Consultants and the client, the terms of the signed Service Agreement shall prevail.

Payment of professional fees secures consultancy services and is not dependent upon admission, visa approval, immigration approval, scholarship awards, employment opportunities, or any decision made by educational institutions, immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, government agencies, or other third parties.

Admission decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions.

Nexus Consultants does not guarantee admission to any university, college, or educational institution.

Admission refusal, waitlisting, deferment, or rejection by any institution does not create an entitlement to a refund unless expressly provided in the signed Service Agreement.

5. Visa & Immigration Decisions

Student visa, visitor visa, immigration, and other visa-related decisions are made exclusively by the respective immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, or government departments.

Visa refusal, administrative processing, delays, requests for additional documentation, or any decision made by the relevant authority does not create an entitlement to a refund unless expressly provided in the signed Service Agreement.

If a client chooses to discontinue the services of Nexus Consultants after engaging our professional services, the fees paid shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable, except where expressly stated otherwise in the signed Service Agreement.
